HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping takes 2-8 weeks depending on your location. Shipping to Europe takes on average 2-6 weeks, depending on your country. Shipping to the United States takes 2-3 weeks. If you haven't received your order after 6 weeks, please contact us as soon as possible email@example.com
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, please use the website from your country's postal service. So for example if you live in Spain, you will track your order on Correos.es. Use the tracking number we sent you by email. If you did not receive your tracking code yet, please be patient and you will get it.

WHY IS THE TRACKING CODE NOT WORKING?
The tracking code will only start working once the package reaches the destination country.
So if you try to track your order, and you receive an error message, or "Item not found", it just means that the tracking code is not active yet. Please keep trying. Eventually, once the package reaches your country, the tracking will start to work, and you will be able to track your package until the delivery
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERIES: PLEASE READ
Once the package reaches your country, and is cleared by customs, we are no longer in charge of delivery. The official postal service from your country will be in charge of delivering the package to you.
So if you live in the United Kingdom, Royal Mail will be in charge of deliveries. If you live in France, La Poste will be in charge of deliveries, etc. If the postman tries to deliver the package while you are absent, we will not be held responsible if they don't leave a note. It is up to you to keep an eye on the tracking, because we will have no means of warning you if a delivery has failed, and if your package is waiting for you to pickup. If a package is not picked up at the post office within 15 days, it will sent back. If there is any problem with the delivery, please start by contacting your local post office, and give them the tracking number.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
It is very unlikely that you will pay customs fees because the package is small. However, it is up to you to figure out importation laws in your country. We will not be held responsible if you end up having to pay importation taxes.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have 24 hours to cancel an order. If it has been more than 24 hours, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, all orders will receive a tracking code. It can take a few days or a week for us to send you the tracking codes but you will get them on time to be able to track your order.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us email@example.com. We will answer within 24-48 hours and offer you a quick solution.
WHY ARE SOME ARTICLES MISSING?
We sometimes use different suppliers for our products, and have to ship orders separately. So if you order a Bodykun + Bodychan set, and a set of 20 Watercolour Markers, you will receive the order in two different packages, that will arrive at different times. But usually they arrive around the same time.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Make sure you check your spam folder. Make sure you are checking the inbox from the same email address that you used for your order. Also, it is possible that you made a typo when entering your email address. If after all this you still can't find the confirmation email, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
