Shipping Time

Tracking My Order

You can either track your order by your local courier service or even by our website. You will get a code and that will help you to track your order.If your tracking code is not ready yet, be patient it may take some time.

Tracking Code Not Working

The tracking code is only going to be active when your order reaches your home country. So, if somehow your tracking code doesn’t work then there is no need to worry about it just be patient this is normal logistics timing.

Important Delivery Guidelines

We are responsible for the delivery for as long as it is not delivered to the country of your residence and not cleared by the customs officials of your country. Once that stage passes through, we are no longer in charge of the delivery and it is up to the mail service of your country to deliver it to you. 

It is you then who needs to track down the order and avoid any inconvenience. The package will be returned back if it is not collected by you within 15 days.

Any Unknown Customs Fees?

The importation laws of all the countries are mostly different and we are not responsible if your country’s ask you to pay importation taxes fees for the parcel , you are responsible for that but it's unlikely to happen because the pack is small and with our experience this never happens.

I Need to Cancel My Order

Yes! You can cancel your order within the 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours no requests will be accepted. email us contact@bodykundolls.com if you want to cancel.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, all orders will receive a tracking code. It can take a few days or a week for us to send you the tracking codes but you will get them on time to be able to track your order.

If there are issues regarding the product that we have sent you then you can simply contact us at contact@bodykundolls.Com and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Some Products Are Unavailable?

This can happen sometimes when we are actually using different distributors for different articles and we ship it in different packages to assure faster delivery. No need to worry about it as we try our best that all the articles are delivered on the same day to avoid any inconvenience.
